1st Wilton Christmas Social Evening
and
Silver Jubilee Celebrations

The 1999 group party took place on Saturday 27th November at Whale Hill Social Club.
Once again thanks go Lesley Meadows and Lynn Fairbairn for running the Tombola and to Sue White for the Raffle. As always special thanks go to Tracy Tate for organising the whole event and preparing a wonderful buffet.

It was good to have a number of former member of the group with us for the evening and to see the films of the 1975 and 1976 camps.

Richard Murray, G.S.L., thanked everyone who has been involved with the group as scouts and/or leaders and helpers for their work with the group and togther with Geoff Frewin (founder of the group and now DC) gave a breif history of the group.

The event raised over £200 for group funds.

Thanks to everyone who came along.
